SAP Functional IT Analyst – Group ICT Manufacturing

About the role
The Group ICT Manufacturing SAP Analyst will join the client’s application team to deliver SAP solutions across production, planning, quality and warehouse management. This onsite role in Wolseley, Western Cape focuses on third‑line support, continuous improvements, and project delivery within the manufacturing domain.
Key responsibilities
- Provide third‑line operational support to key users for SAP production, planning, quality and warehouse modules.
- Deliver small improvements and configuration changes in the SAP landscape.
- Participate in ICT projects: advise on SAP customisation during blueprint, perform customisation and unit testing, create specifications, support user‑acceptance testing, and deliver post‑go‑live support.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Engineering (BE) team of manufacturing application analysts.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP analyst.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Production & Planning, including configuration.
- Good knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management; SAP Quality Management is a plus.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is advantageous.
- Master’s degree (or equivalent diploma).
- Full professional proficiency in English.
