Salesperson – EV Charging Solutions (Remote, South Africa)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing electric vehicle charging solutions provider and help expand its customer base through high‑volume outbound prospecting. You will connect with property decision‑makers, introduce charging solutions, and schedule qualified meetings for the internal sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Research target properties and locate appropriate decision‑makers using CoStar, ZoomInfo and similar tools.
• Make approximately 80 outbound calls per day, delivering a concise introduction to the company’s EV charging services.
• Identify interested prospects, answer basic questions and book qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Record call outcomes, notes and follow‑up actions in the company’s CRM.
• Send templated follow‑up emails, marketing materials and calendar invitations.
• Persistently follow up with prospects until a meeting is scheduled or a final decision is received.

Required profile

• Polished, personable and comfortable speaking with prospects.
• Clear, confident communicator with strong spoken English.
• Resilient and able to handle a high volume of calls, gatekeepers and rejection.
• Organised with accurate CRM note‑taking and consistent follow‑up management.
• Resourceful in finding the right contacts and moving conversations forward.
• Tech‑savvy and quick to learn new sales tools and systems.
• Based in South Africa.

Required skills

• Experience using CoStar for property data research.
• Familiarity with ZoomInfo for contact discovery.
• Proficiency with a CRM system to track interactions.
