Account Manager

About the role

DataEQ is seeking an Account Manager to own a portfolio of clients across financial services, telecoms and retail. You will ensure clients receive measurable value from our AI‑driven data platforms, driving renewals, growth and deep adoption of our insights.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day relationships with a portfolio of clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Drive timely renewals, respond to RFPs/RFQs and manage contract extensions.
• Build networks within client organisations, from end‑users to budget holders.
• Identify business problems that can be solved with DataEQ data and position solutions accordingly.
• Develop and execute growth strategies, pursuing upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Track forecasts and upsell plans in collaboration with your line manager.
• Promote adoption of data across new teams, users and use cases.
