Sales Representative – North West Region

About the role

Atlas Copco is seeking a Sales Representative for the North West region to promote, sell, and support its full range of compressed air and gas equipment solutions. You will develop new business, nurture existing customer relationships, and drive sustainable sales growth while upholding the company’s high standards of quality, ethics, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell compressors, dryers, blowers, gas generators, air‑treatment equipment and related services.
• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities within the assigned territory and target industries.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to secure repeat business.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals tailored to customer needs.
• Leverage digital channels to increase market visibility and generate qualified leads.
• Conduct site visits, product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Achieve agreed sales targets, margins and strategic objectives.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide regular forecasts and reports.
• Collaborate with service, engineering and finance teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Adhere to Atlas Copco’s safety, ethical and compliance standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Business or a related field (mechanical or electrical background preferred).
• 3–5 years of technical or industrial sales experience, preferably in compressed air, gas or industrial equipment markets.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the North West territory and a valid driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM systems.
