Rental Sales & Support Representative (Boksburg)

About the role

Goscor Earthmoving Equipment is looking for an experienced Rental Sales & Support Representative to join its Boksburg team. You will drive rental sales across the Johannesburg region, serving construction, mining and agriculture customers.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new rental business and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Conduct regular customer visits, site inspections and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
• Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities within the Goscor Group.
• Prepare tailored rental solutions, quotations and credit applications.
• Monitor market activity, competitor movements and ensure maximum fleet utilisation.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets while managing the full sales cycle.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline, weekly call reports and forecasts.
• Provide knowledgeable advice to contractors, mines, logistics firms and construction companies.

Required profile

• Matriculation (or equivalent) with 3‑5 years proven external sales experience.
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.
• Experience in rental, construction, material handling or earthmoving equipment.
• Strong business development, key‑account management and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• High integrity, self‑motivation and ability to work independently.
