Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, results‑driven Sales Manager to lead our sales function within a manufacturing operation. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, developing new business, and managing key customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, quotations and proposals.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and customer requirements.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
• Collaborate with Production, Operations and Logistics to fulfil customer needs.
• Lead, coach and monitor the performance of the sales team.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum five years of relevant sales experience, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG or industrial environments.
• Previous supervisory or management experience.
• Strong business development and key‑account management background.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and customer‑relationship skills.
• Commercial and financial awareness.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve demanding sales targets.
