Sales Executive - UK Customers

About the role

AnyVan, an online marketplace for moving goods across Europe, is hiring a Sales Executive in Cape Town to support its UK customers. The role works with warm leads only, so you will not hunt for prospects yourself. It suits someone who enjoys a busy, supportive sales floor and thrives on results.

Key responsibilities

• Speak with UK customers who already need the service (warm leads only)
• Build trust, upsell smartly and close deals with confidence
• Manage your own pipeline like it is your own business
• Collaborate with your manager to grow and share insights that help shape growth

Required profile

• Outbound sales experience with a track record of hitting targets
• Strong communicator able to build rapport quickly
• Positive mindset, resilient and quick learner
• Attention to detail
• Fluent spoken and written English

Working hours

• Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 9:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm (UK time)
• Usually 40 hours a week on a 9-hour shift pattern with a 1-hour break

What we offer

• Salary of ZAR 15,000 to 25,000 per month depending on experience, plus uncapped commission with a realistic target of ZAR 250,000+ per year
