About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, results‑driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Johannesburg, South Africa. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and uncovering new business opportunities for our 3‑star hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and revenue generation across assigned market segments through strategic planning and proactive execution.
• Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities using targeted prospecting and consultative selling approaches.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to maximize account potential.
• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of accounts, ensuring consistent communication and timely follow‑up.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that clearly articulate value propositions.
• Collaborate with internal teams—including marketing, operations, and customer service—to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records and forecasts using CRM systems.
• Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets while upholding high professionalism.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a sales or client‑facing role, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and convert sales opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, assertive approach.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
