Sales Development Representative (Remote, US Hours)

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join Opperate’s remote team. You will work from South Africa on US business hours, prospecting for high‑growth SaaS companies and helping to build a qualified pipeline for Account Executives.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct high‑volume outbound calls and emails to book demos with decision‑makers.
- Identify influencers within target accounts and generate qualified leads.
- Build and manage outreach cadences and sequences using best practices.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure data cleanliness.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to hand over qualified opportunities and accelerate deals.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly quota targets.
Required profile
- Based in South Africa and able to work US hours (7 pm – 4 am).
- Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
- At least 2 years of B2B technical sales or prospecting experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and booking meetings.
- 4‑year degree preferred.
