Sales Development Representative

About the role

As the first human contact for cold leads, you will re‑engage prospects who have previously interacted with SiteCare and schedule discovery calls with our Chief of Staff. This remote, full‑time position focuses on building genuine conversations rather than scripted outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Follow a curated list of leads built and cleaned by the Chief of Staff.
• Reach out via email, phone and LinkedIn with six touches over three weeks.
• Log every interaction in Pipedrive in real time.
• Report daily results and discuss both successes and challenges in a 20‑minute morning review.
• After a successful ramp‑up, take ownership of pipeline management and later move into prospecting and client‑facing responsibilities.

Required profile

• Comfortable speaking with senior marketing leaders in a natural, non‑robotic manner.
• Curious about SiteCare’s WordPress services and willing to ask detailed product questions.
• Quick to acknowledge mistakes and eager to improve.
• Understands the difference between service and hospitality.
• Prior outbound sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with using a CRM on a daily basis.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Pipedrive CRM.
