Sales Coordination Supervisor – Construction Industry

About the role

Our client, a well‑established manufacturer of precast concrete products for the construction and civil engineering sector, is seeking a hands‑on Sales Coordination Supervisor. The role will own the internal sales and administration function and support the day‑to‑day sales operation in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the internal sales and administration team.
• Oversee quotations, pricing, order processing and customer enquiries.
• Coordinate closely with production, dispatch and external sales teams.
• Improve processes to ensure smooth operation of the sales office.
• Assist with delivery planning and maintain clear communication with customers.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Previous experience in internal sales, sales administration or sales support.
• Proven ability to supervise or lead a small team.
• Background in construction, building materials, manufacturing, engineering or a related technical industry.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, hands‑on approach and excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• Good commercial awareness and confidence when dealing with customers.
