Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our retail team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, answering queries, promoting our product range, and ensuring an attractive store presentation while upholding our high standards of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Sell and promote B‑stock items.
• Demonstrate basic knowledge of all Decofurn payment methods.
• Provide a high standard of customer service and maintain professional telephone etiquette.
• Place orders promptly and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain stock displays according to Decofurn’s visual standards, ensuring symmetry and alignment.

Required profile

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
