New & Used Car Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking experienced New or Used Car Sales Executives who are passionate about premium vehicles and delivering exceptional customer service. The role is based in a premium automotive dealership in Johannesburg and focuses on driving high‑performance sales.

Key responsibilities

• Sell new and used vehicles while consistently meeting monthly sales targets.
• Generate and manage leads through showroom enquiries, referrals, digital platforms and outbound prospecting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations, demonstrations and test drives.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle and finance options.
• Negotiate deals and guide customers through the full sales process from enquiry to delivery.
• Prepare quotations and ensure accurate completion of sales documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in new or used vehicle sales.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent customer service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Professional presentation and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Automotive dealership experience is essential.
