Sales Associate – SMB

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our SMB department, responsible for acquiring and partnering with businesses to enhance their hiring processes.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize lead sourcing techniques and tools to generate and manage high‑quality leads.
• Prospect, cold‑call and close deals, persuading businesses to adopt Pnet solutions.
• Manage client relationships through strategic conversations, track product usage and identify upselling opportunities, ensuring contract renewals.
• Accurately handle administrative tasks, documentation and reporting using the CRM system.
• Participate in upskilling and development opportunities to improve productivity and results.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales track record.
• Strong cold‑calling and telephone skills.
• Ability to articulate solutions clearly in both verbal and written form.
• Good listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
