Sales Associate (120hr) - Maternity Cover

About the role

TFG Jewellery is looking for a high-energy, confident Sales Associate to join its team at Sterns Thavhani Mall. The role suits someone with a strong selling instinct and a keen sense of style, who wants to help create positive energy around the brand and its products. The position is advertised as a maternity cover.

Key responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for the brand and deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Identify and provide customers with the best possible solutions, exceeding their expectations.
• Keep track of sales performance against targets.
• Sell a diverse product range and stay up to date with the latest décor and fashion trends.
• Look for new sales opportunities.
• Help replenish stock so the store is always ready for customers.

Required profile

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Passionate about people, target-driven and experience-focused.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, work independently, take initiative and pay close attention to detail.
• Builds customer loyalty and handles customer challenges.
• Adheres to standards, plans and organises work, and makes timely decisions.
