About the role
We are seeking an energetic Store Manager to lead our American Swiss outlet in Burgersfort. The role involves driving sales performance, managing expenses and stock, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will lead a team, oversee merchandising and ensure the store meets company standards. The position is full‑time (45 hours per week) and reports directly to regional management.
Key responsibilities
- Driving turnover to achieve targets
- Controlling expenses
- Managing stock losses to keep shrinkage within company standards
- People management, including recruitment, staff development, employee relations and performance management
- Executing in‑store merchandising strategy and standards
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering the customer service strategy and meeting customer demands
Required profile
- Matric certificate
- Minimum 3 years retail experience
- At least 1 year of store leadership experience
