About the role

Join JD Sports as a Sales Associate and become the face of the brand at the Mall of North. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience, drive sales and help keep the store fully stocked and ready for shoppers.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, providing amazing customer service.
• Identify and deliver the best solutions to exceed customer expectations.
• Track personal sales performance against targets.
• Sell a diverse product range while staying up‑to‑date with décor and fashion trends.
• Seek out new sales opportunities and actively promote products.
• Assist with stock replenishment to ensure the store is always ready for customers.

Required profile

• Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
• Passionate about people and target‑driven.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Independent, initiative‑taking and detail‑oriented.
• Demonstrated ability to build customer loyalty and handle challenges.
• Behaviours: adherence to standards, continual improvement, effective decision‑making, perseverance, meeting customer expectations, planning & organising, networking.
