Revenue Growth Manager

About the role

The Revenue Growth Manager will report to the National Revenue Growth Manager and be based in Bryanston, Johannesburg. This role partners with national sales managers to deliver analytics, decision support and financial governance that drive top‑line growth and optimise promotional spend.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer strategy and governance reviews, supporting NSMs in strategic decisions.
• Incorporate customer insights into planning and model the financial impact of potential strategies.
• Review financial proposals and performance analysis, supporting monthly and quarterly governance reviews.
• Forecast and budget fixed and variable spend, including discount analysis and cost‑of‑business monitoring.
• Manage retrospective discount accruals, billing deductions and ensure timely closure.
• Analyse promotional plans, optimise ROI and partner with sales and finance on investment decisions.
• Oversee promotional accrual reporting and support clearing of deductions and customer payments.
• Contribute to pricing strategy, provide recommendations on price changes, and maintain price lists in Sharepoint/SAP.

Required profile

• Proven experience in revenue growth, commercial finance or a similar analytical role.
• Strong business‑partnering skills with sales and finance teams.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and influence strategic decisions.
• Excellent analytical, modelling and reporting capabilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a solid governance and control mindset.
