Retention & CRM Marketing Manager (E‑commerce)

About the role

Sundae Skin Co. is looking for a Retention & CRM Marketing Manager to own the end‑to‑end customer communication strategy across email, SMS and WhatsApp. You will work remotely, shaping how the brand engages shoppers, drives repeat purchases and builds long‑term loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a data‑driven retention strategy covering lifecycle emails, SMS and WhatsApp flows.
• Design, copy and launch campaigns that move customers from first purchase to repeat buyer.
• Monitor key metrics such as repeat purchase rate, time to second order and customer LTV, and optimise based on performance.
• Map the customer journey, identify moments of value, and create targeted segments.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure communications reflect the brand’s tone and visual style.

Required profile

• Proven experience with e‑commerce brands, preferably in skincare or beauty.
• Deep expertise in Klaviyo – not just basic use, but advanced flow building and segmentation.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, data analysis and retention metrics.
• Ability to write compelling copy and produce visually appealing layouts.
• Energetic, opinionated and committed to treating Sundae as a priority account.
