About the role

We are looking for a Retail Shop Assistant/Cashier to join our team and provide excellent customer service while handling cash safely. The role involves promoting store offers, maintaining merchandising standards, and supporting the brand’s vision as a leading health and beauty retailer.

Key responsibilities

Ensure safe handling of cash at all times.
Make customers aware of promotions.
Deliver superior customer service as a brand ambassador.
Execute and maintain merchandising and housekeeping duties according to store standards.
Support the Group’s vision and live company values.
Maintain up‑to‑date product, range, promotion and event knowledge.

Required profile

Grade 12 qualification.
Retail/FMCG background with understanding of merchandising and promotions.
Knowledge of stock management procedures.
Commitment to customer service excellence.
