About the role
The Sales Assistant will deliver a professional and friendly customer experience in our Stellenbosch Square store, supporting the health‑and‑wellness brand.
Key responsibilities
- Greet, smile and assist customers, guiding them to products.
- Maintain store layout, merchandising standards and ensure all items are ticketed.
- Handle cash transactions and assist at the point of sale.
- Receive and check deliveries, verify stock counts and product expiry dates.
- Follow opening and closing procedures and store disciplines.
Required profile
- Grade 12 qualification.
- At least 1 year of retail experience.
- Genuine interest in health and wellness.
- Willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
