Retail Media Project Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Retail Media Project Coordinator to join our dynamic Retail Media team in Cape Town. You will act as the central hub for coordinating social media initiatives, content creation, design collaboration, and internal onboarding processes, ensuring the team’s marketing materials are current and impactful.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the LinkedIn content calendar, schedule posts, and monitor engagement metrics.
• Coordinate regular content showcasing team achievements, case studies, and industry insights.
• Liaise between the retail media team and content/design teams to brief requirements, manage asset creation, and oversee approval workflows.
• Maintain version control of pitch decks, one‑pagers, and client presentations, conducting quarterly audits for accuracy.
• Develop and maintain onboarding documentation, welcome guides, and internal knowledge bases for new team members.
• Collaborate with the web team to keep the retail media section of the website up‑to‑date.
