About the role
Our client, a leading retailer, is looking for a Retail Credit Coordinator to manage daily credit operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. The role combines system reconciliation, collection tracking, and month‑end close activities within a fast‑paced retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily systems reconciliation and capture collections.
- Manage account balance insurance, EFT and direct deposit rejections.
- Administer business control accounts and support month‑end closures.
- Prepare and deliver regular financial reports.
Required profile
- National Diploma in Accounting or BCom.
- 2‑3 years of debtor or credit experience, preferably in retail.
- Experience with general ledger functions and month‑end/year‑end close processes.
Required skills
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Familiarity with Oracle Business Intelligence (preferred).
- Knowledge of Nexus Vision (preferred).
- Strong financial accounting abilities.
