Senior Product Manager

About the role

Are you a Product Manager with previous experience working in the Financial Services industry? Our client’s product team is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the full product development lifecycle and bring new functionality to mobile and web platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop product strategy, vision, success metrics, roadmap and go‑to‑market plan.
• Create and prioritise the feature backlog, balancing new features, improvements, bugs, design and tech debt.
• Conduct market and competitor research to produce SWOT analyses.
• Analyse customer usage data, behaviour and sentiment to inform product decisions.
• Build business cases for partnerships and new features to ensure strong ROI.
• Oversee product development to meet requirements and timelines.
• Test features before launch to verify quality standards.
• Provide training material, FAQs and performance metrics for Support teams.
• Equip Sales teams with product guides and training for new features.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Strategy or Marketing.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or similar.
• Prior experience in the financial services and payments industry, including work with PSPs, card schemes and banks.
• Proven track record delivering product features using Agile or SCRUM methodology.
• Experience in marketing or data analysis is highly beneficial.
