About the role

We are seeking a charismatic Restaurant Manager and experienced kitchen staff to join The Red Room at the Belmond Mount Nelson Hotel.

Key responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure high service standards.
Manage front‑of‑house staff, scheduling and training.
Assist in kitchen preparation, cooking and plating under the head chef.
Support the culinary team in delivering consistent quality dishes.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience.
Strong wine knowledge and passion for hospitality.
Relevant culinary experience for chef positions.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
