About the role

The restaurant is seeking an energetic manager to lead its vibrant Hazelwood outlet in Pretoria. You will oversee both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience and efficient daily workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Execute opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks.
• Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory reconciliation.
• Coordinate restaurant administration tasks such as scheduling, payroll input, and compliance reporting.
• Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of service and kitchen staff.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sit‑down restaurant environment.
• Proven ability to manage both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house functions.
• Strong staff management and training capabilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to work hard and grow.
