About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of a trendy sit‑down restaurant in Boksburg. The role combines front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house oversight, ensuring a seamless guest experience while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Execute opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and safety checks.
• Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory reconciliation.
• Oversee restaurant administration, scheduling, and payroll processing.
• Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of service and kitchen staff.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Monitor financial performance and implement cost‑saving initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in a sit‑down restaurant environment.
• Proven ability to manage both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations.
• Strong staff management and training capabilities.
• Hardworking, team‑oriented, and eager to grow within the hospitality sector.

Required skills
