Restaurant Manager – Boksburg

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a trendy sit‑down restaurant in Boksburg. The successful candidate will oversee both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations, ensuring smooth daily service and a high‑quality guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift handovers.
• Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory reconciliation.
• Oversee restaurant administration such as scheduling, payroll input, and compliance.
• Lead, train, and motivate front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff.
• Maintain service standards, health & safety, and guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in a sit‑down restaurant environment.
• Proven ability to manage both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams.
• Strong staff management and training capabilities.
• Hard‑working, team‑oriented, and eager to grow within the business.
