About the role
We are actively searching for a General Manager for a busy casual dining restaurant situated in Silverlakes. The successful candidate will oversee the entire restaurant operation and lead a high‑performing team.
Key responsibilities
- Overall operational management of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures.
- Staff management and training, ensuring high standards of service.
- Stock control and inventory management.
- Restaurant administration and compliance.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years in restaurant management, with at least 5 years as a General Manager.
- Professional presentation and outstanding communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead in high‑pressure, high‑end restaurant environments.
- Long tenure at previous positions and reachable references.
- Energetic, passionate, and motivated with excellent customer relations.
