Resourcer / Candidate Researcher – US Construction (Remote, South Africa)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Resourcer/Candidate Researcher to support a fast‑growing US construction recruitment business. Based in South Africa and working remotely, you will partner with UK consultants and directors to source, qualify and manage candidates for high‑volume construction vacancies across the US West Coast.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market mapping and research to identify target candidates and companies in the US construction sector.
• Source, headhunt and engage candidates via calls, LinkedIn, job boards and networking.
• Screen CVs, assess suitability and maintain candidate pipelines for multiple live vacancies.
• Coordinate interviews, guide candidates through the recruitment process and ensure a professional experience.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and recruitment system.
• Work towards agreed activity and performance targets while collaborating with the wider team.
