About the role

Responsible for providing pharmaceutical care services within the scope of practice and performing day‑to‑day dispensary administration according to the company's Standard Operating Plans. The role also emphasizes high standards of customer service, efficient stock control and accurate compounding.

Key responsibilities

Maintain high standards of customer service and care.
Efficient stock control and administration, including repacking of medicine.
Efficient dispensary administration.
Accurate compounding of medications.
Provide general health advice to customers.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping and merchandise display.
Handle ad‑hoc operational requirements as needed.

Required profile

Matric with Maths (essential).
Meet the Health Professions Council of South Africa requirements for Pharmacist Assistant (Qualified, Post‑Basic, Learner Basic).
Adhere to company principles and values.
Demonstrate ability to work with people and deliver results.

Required skills

SAPC (pharmacy system) knowledge.
Basic calculations.
IT Business Operating Systems.
MS Office proficiency.
