Remote Social Media Manager for Growing Greeting Card Brand

About the role

We are a fast‑growing greeting‑card company seeking a proactive Social Media Manager to work directly with the CEO. You will be the public face of the brand, creating and scheduling engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook while also shaping email campaigns and overall marketing strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality, brand‑aligned visual and video content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Schedule and publish multiple daily posts using existing automation tools.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns via Klaviyo.
• Design compelling offers and assist with overall marketing strategy advisory.
• Leverage AI tools (Claude Design) to enhance content creation and workflow efficiency.
• Grow the audience from under 50 followers on each platform.

Required profile

• Proven experience with email marketing and Klaviyo.
• Demonstrated success managing personal or brand social media accounts, including aesthetic content and viral videos.
• Familiarity with Canva for design work.
• Understanding of high‑impact marketing concepts such as “offers so good customers feel stupid saying no.”
• Experience using AI content tools, preferably Claude Design.
• Self‑starter who can act independently and learn quickly.
