Remote Logistics Coordinator (South Africa)

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support a UK employer’s supply chain and delivery operations from South Africa. Working fully remotely, you will keep shipments on track, liaise with suppliers and couriers, and ensure timely arrivals. This role is ideal for someone who stays calm under pressure and enjoys organising moving parts.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments and track deliveries from dispatch to arrival.
• Liaise with suppliers, couriers and warehouse contacts.
• Maintain logistics records and update tracking systems.
• Resolve delays or issues and keep the team informed.
• Prepare simple reports on delivery performance.
• Support order processing and stock updates as needed.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics, supply chain or a coordination role.
• Strong organisational abilities and clear communication.
• A calm, problem‑solving approach to handling delays.
• Reliable home internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Required skills

• Familiarity with tracking systems.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets.

What we offer

• Salary between R16,000 and R22,000 per month.
• Working hours 09:00‑17:00 UK time (11:00‑19:00 SAST).
• Fully remote role with a supportive UK team.
