Remote Digital Marketing Manager – Social Media & Video

About the role

We are looking for a creative, data‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our social media, video content, paid media and website presence. The role is fully remote and combines video editing, content planning, advertising management and analytics to boost brand awareness, engagement and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Edit short‑form video (60‑90 s) for YouTube Shorts, TikTok and Instagram Reels using DaVinci Resolve and Descript, including color correction, captions, pacing and thumbnail creation.
• Publish and schedule content across all social platforms, maintain content calendars and adjust posting cadence based on platform performance.
• Analyze weekly content metrics, generate insights and refine strategies to improve reach and engagement.
• Create visual assets such as thumbnails, story graphics and other marketing collateral in Canva.
• Manage Meta advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, handling audience targeting, budget allocation, creative testing and performance optimisation.
• Track ad performance with Google Analytics and produce regular reports on key metrics.
• Oversee the firm’s website, coordinate with external Webflow developers, ensure brand‑consistent content and monitor traffic, conversions and lead attribution.

Required profile

• Proven experience editing short‑form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Hands‑on experience running Meta ad campaigns, including targeting, budgeting and creative optimisation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret Google Analytics data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Excellent English comprehension and communication, especially for editing legal‑related content.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and vendor relationships.
