About the role
SupportYourApp is looking for a remote Customer Support Consultant to join its international team, focused on the hospitality and travel sector. You will be the main point of contact for customers using travel and hospitality services, working in a remote-first environment with a global client base.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support through inbound calls, live chat and email
- Cultivate long-term customer relationships with empathetic, insightful assistance
- Work with developers and technicians to resolve complex user issues
- Stay up to date with customer experience trends and internal support tools
- Track performance against KPIs and manage queries with attention to data privacy and security
Required profile
- 6 to 12 months of experience in a customer support or contact centre
- Demonstrable experience in travel or hospitality
- Advanced English (C1 level), spoken and written
- Analytical skills and a self-starting attitude suited to remote work
- Personal computer with at least 8GB RAM and stable high-speed internet (50 Mbps download / 40 Mbps upload)
