Remote Business Development Manager – 30-40k RAND base + OTE

About the role

We are a leading professional services firm seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to expand our client base in the legal, technology, and accounting sectors. The role is fully remote and operates on USA business hours (10:00 AM‑8:15 PM UK time). You will work with a steady flow of inbound leads and a historic database to generate new revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and win new business from law firms, tech companies, and accounting firms.
• Conduct high‑volume outbound calling and digital outreach to create opportunities.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular meetings.
• Convert warm leads and cold prospects into closed deals.
• Schedule and coordinate client meetings, ensuring follow‑up and satisfaction.
• Leverage historic lead data to reignite dormant opportunities.
• Contribute to the expansion of our US market presence.

Required profile

• Proven business development experience, preferably in recruitment or B2B sales.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable with heavy outbound calling and digital outreach.
• Results‑driven and able to meet or exceed targets.
• Self‑motivated, energetic, and highly organized.
• Willingness to work USA hours (10 AM‑8:15 PM UK time).
