About the role
We are looking for a remote Appointment Setter to join our team at StressLess Remodelling. In this full‑time position you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping to schedule consultations and manage leads.
Key responsibilities
- Make warm outbound calls to prospective clients and book appointments.
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and provide information about our services.
- Coordinate with the sales and project teams to ensure accurate scheduling.
- Maintain detailed records of appointments and follow‑up actions in the CRM system.
- Track lead status and update scheduling software regularly.
Required profile
- Proven ability to set and schedule appointments.
- Experience with lead generation and customer‑facing roles.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Prior sales experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and scheduling software is advantageous.
