Outbound Telesales Agent

About the role

OneDome is expanding its B2C TeleSales team and seeks an enthusiastic Outbound Telesales Agent to promote a range of property‑related services. You will work as a Telephone Sales Executive, making high‑volume outbound calls to generate qualified appointments for specialist brokers across mortgages, conveyancing, protection policies and financial planning.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to consumers, meeting daily call targets.
• Identify customer needs and promote relevant OneDome services.
• Book qualified appointments for specialist brokers.
• Build rapport quickly while maintaining a professional telephone manner.
• Handle objections confidently and adapt sales strategies to close outcomes.
• Accurately capture customer information and update CRM systems.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a call‑centre or telephone sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving call targets and appointment‑booking or sales KPIs.
• Strong communication, listening and persuasion skills.
• Resilient under pressure and able to handle objections.
• Self‑motivated, competitive and results‑driven.
• Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced, evolving sales environment.
• Experience in property, financial services or insurance is advantageous but not essential.
