Registered Nurse (RN) – Oncology (Part‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) with oncology experience to provide part‑time, temporary nursing care at a private facility in Vereeniging, Gauteng. The role involves delivering high‑quality patient care within a multidisciplinary team and adhering to professional nursing standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute nursing duties in line with the nursing scope of practice.
• Provide comprehensive, patient‑centred care to meet the health needs of oncology patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
• Monitor and manage medico‑legal risks, reporting incidents as required.
• Control stock and equipment according to the client’s policies.

Required profile

• Immediate availability for placement.
• Valid South African Nursing Council (SANC) licence.
• Post‑qualification experience working on oncology wards.
• Competence in performing and assessing relevant clinical procedures.
• Strong understanding of the nursing scope of practice and patient‑care principles.
