About the role

The Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse to join the team at Life Chatsmed Garden Hospital. Reporting to the Unit Manager, the role focuses on delivering holistic patient care while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage staff and stock costs by evaluating labour hours and handling debit/credit hours.
• Minimise stock waste and ensure equipment maintenance.
• Provide quality patient care, conduct daily care rounds, and address complaints.
• Deliver accurate information to patients and families during hospitalization.
• Implement risk management measures, including SHEQ and infection control, and comply with ISO requirements.
• Maintain effective relationships with doctors, stakeholders, and external partners.

Required profile

• Relevant Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current registration with the appropriate professional body.
• Understanding of the private healthcare industry is advantageous.
• Computer proficiency and a valid driver’s licence with ability to travel.
