About the role
A24 Group is expanding its US healthcare staffing operation into permanent placement recruiting, connecting agencies with employers hiring healthcare professionals on a direct‑hire basis. Success is measured by quality placements rather than call volume.
Key responsibilities
- Sourcing, qualifying, and submitting candidates for permanent healthcare roles.
- Building genuine relationships with candidates through multiple conversations.
- Managing a high‑value pipeline and ensuring compliance with direct‑hire licensing requirements.
- Following up with employers post‑placement to protect guarantee periods and foster repeat business.
Required profile
- Patience for a longer sales cycle and focus on quality over quantity.
- Strong written and verbal communication for consultative candidate interactions.
- Discipline to properly qualify candidates’ career intent.
- Experience in permanent placement, executive search, or direct‑hire recruitment, preferably in healthcare.
Required skills
- Proficiency with recruiter marketplace platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
