About the role

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse with ICU training to join our multi‑professional team in Empangeni, KwaZulu‑Natal. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality nursing care, ensure patient safety, and contribute to a positive patient experience in a private hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care in collaboration with doctors, therapists and support staff.
Identify, prevent and manage risks to maintain patient safety.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all nursing interventions.
Ensure proper charging and management of stock and equipment.
Foster a learning environment that builds competence among nursing staff.

Required profile

Diploma in General Nursing or B Cur Degree.
Post‑qualification diploma or certification in Critical Care.
Registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Registered Nurse.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a private hospital setting.
