About the role

Medira Holistic Health Services is seeking five qualified Registered Nurses to deliver comprehensive nursing care in home and community settings. The role involves assessing patients, creating care plans, and providing specialized services such as wound care, antenatal and postnatal support.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough nursing assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Provide wound dressing, wound management, and post‑operative care.
• Deliver antenatal clinic services, including assessments, health education, counselling, and referral of high‑risk pregnancies.
• Offer post‑natal support and maternal health education.
• Administer medications in accordance with professional regulations.
• Monitor patients with chronic conditions and update individual care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health topics and promote self‑care.
• Maintain accurate nursing and patient records while ensuring confidentiality.
• Coordinate with doctors, healthcare assistants, and other professionals as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher qualification in Nursing.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant nursing experience.
• Valid registration with the Lesotho Nursing Council.
• Professional authorization to practice nursing.
