About the role

Step into a high‑impact leadership position as a Regional Manager, responsible for the performance, compliance and operations of Medirite Instore Dispensaries and Medirite Plus Stores across the assigned region. Based in Gqeberha, you will drive regional success by executing strategic operational plans, leading high‑performing teams and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall performance, compliance and day‑to‑day operations of all stores in the region.
• Develop and execute strategic operational plans to achieve financial targets.
• Lead, coach and develop Area Managers and store teams to ensure alignment and capability.
• Ensure consistent execution of company standards and policies across all locations.
• Proactively manage risk and uphold strict adherence to procedures.
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Regional Manager on regional initiatives.

• Proven experience in retail or healthcare operations management.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Ability to drive financial results and operational excellence.
• Excellent understanding of compliance and risk management.
