About the role
MJM Recruitment is advertising a Regional Human Resources Manager position based in Durban. The role provides an efficient and effective personnel service to the branches and regional management within the assigned regions.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure maximum utilisation of labour within budget guidelines
- Ensure the sound application of industrial relations practices within the regions
- Ensure sufficient staff at all levels who are adequately trained to meet required competency levels
- Ensure staff availability as determined by sales demands
- Ensure that the required standards of personnel administration are complied with
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Personnel Management or Labour Legislation
- 3 to 5 years of generalist HR experience
- 1 year of HR experience within a retail environment
The salary is described as highly negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.
