Regional Food and Beverage Manager

About the role

Our client, a large hospitality company based in Pretoria, is seeking a Regional Food and Beverage Manager to oversee multiple outlets across South Africa. The role involves ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high food quality standards, and driving profitability within the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage point‑of‑sale (POS) systems across all locations.
• Develop, cost, and control recipes to meet budgetary targets.
• Oversee cocktail preparation and overall beverage operations.
• Lead front‑of‑house activities, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Monitor food quality and enforce service standards.
• Travel nationally to support and audit regional sites.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of food and beverage management experience.
• Highly detail‑oriented, task‑driven and observant.
• Excellent interpersonal and people‑management abilities.
• Ability to identify improvement areas and work effectively with staff at all levels.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
