Regional Aftersales Manager

About the role

The Regional Aftersales Manager will lead the aftersales network across South Africa, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, driving revenue growth, and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will work closely with dealers, the Head of Dealer Channel, and internal stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve gross and net revenue targets by developing action plans to increase dealer part sales and loyalty.
• Conduct regular dealer visits, performance reviews, and corrective action planning with Aftersales, Workshop, Service, and Parts managers.
• Monitor dealer parts inventory, promote fast‑moving parts, and support marketing and CRM campaigns.
• Ensure workshop and warehouse processes meet network standards and contribute to dealer profitability.
• Drive dealer participation in the Customer Satisfaction Program and manage critical action plans.
• Handle customer cases where dealers do not respond to warranty or service requests.
• Perform network audits to verify compliance with franchised minimum standards.
• Identify training needs, develop specific training plans, and support the aftersales optimisation programme.

Required profile

• Grade 12 plus an Automotive Diploma.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar aftersales or dealer management role.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
