Recruitment Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Sales Executive to join our team on a remote basis within South Africa. The role is commission‑only, offering a high earning potential for candidates who can generate new business and manage the full recruitment sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential client organisations to sell recruitment services.
• Conduct 10‑15 candidate interviews per week and match talent to client requirements.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects, follow up on leads and close sales deals.
• Prepare professional reports and proposals for clients.
• Utilise social media platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn for lead generation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Target‑driven, deadline‑focused and well‑presented.
• Ability to work independently from a home office with reliable internet.
