Internal Sales Representative – Industrial Automation

About the role

Join a well‑established international company operating in industrial automation, power transmission and engineering. As an Internal Sales Representative you will support customers and the external sales team, handling quotations, orders and technical enquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide internal sales support to customers and the external sales team.
• Prepare, process and follow up on quotations and customer orders.
• Assist customers with product enquiries and supply technical product information.
• Capture accurate information in internal systems, working with SAP and/or Salesforce.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service.
• Support the sales team in achieving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Grade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Science (Afrikaans as home language).
• Under 30 years of age.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and go the extra mile.
• Flexibility to assist with responsibilities outside the core role.

Required skills

• Experience or knowledge of SAP.
• Experience or knowledge of Salesforce.
• Familiarity with power transmission, pumps, pneumatics, electronics or hydraulics.
