Recruitment & HR Assistant (On-site, Centurion)

About the role

The Recruitment & HR Assistant will support SINO Plant’s Human Resources function at the Centurion branch. Working on‑site, you will help manage the full recruitment cycle and provide day‑to‑day HR administration for a growing equipment‑retail business.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and publish job advertisements, screen applications and schedule interview panels.
• Assist with onboarding paperwork and coordinate new‑hire introductions.
• Maintain employee records and keep HR information systems up to date.
• Support benefits, leave administration and respond to employee queries.
• Prepare routine HR reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Help organise training sessions, track attendance and monitor completion.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification or experience in Human Resources, recruitment or a related field (preferred).
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities with high attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
